What is your workout/stretch routine in the past?
Currently I am doing a core routine for my physical therapy for the herniated disc in my back. It just involves activating my Transverse Abdominus to stabilize my back. I’ve also just been doing some leg and arm strength in the mean time.

What are your goals for the season?
Once I am healed from my back injury and physical therapy all goes well, I am hoping to get a lot done this year. First, I want to get all my tricks from last year back. I want to change my frontside spins in pipe to be more inverted and I want to change my cab 7 in pipe. I would like to learn front 7’s in pipe, and get back 5s back. I just want to put together a run that I can consistently land. In slope I want to learn front 5s, back 5s, cab 3s and 5s and start spinning switch back. I also want to get much more tricks on rails. This year I want to compete a minimum amount due to my recent injury, and focus on staying healthy and really progressing for the following years.

Why are you STOKED to be on the USASA SNOWBOARD TEAM?
USASA is a really good program. I’m stoked to work with this team and I really like everyone on it. I think its cool to have something like this to help in snowboarding.
