Brettjimzack.jpgFinally the winter is here! I have been riding a lot, thanks to Breckenridge/Copper/Keystone/and A-basin all being open now with some fun rails set up! Since I ride with Team Summit snowboarding team, I had the privilege to ride at Copper Mountain before it was open to the public. There was one box up, and a heck of a lot of racing gates up (for the ski racers). So the team and I arced a lot of turns just like the ski racers, did some front flips, and a lot of tail blocks. It was super fun, to get out on the mountain and ride with no lines. We rode as long as possible so we could all get comfortable with our boards since it was early season. Now that all the resorts in Summit County are open, I have been riding a lot and trying to learn as many rail tricks as possible, because I’m not that great at rails and have as much fun as possible! Pray for snow!
