AspenFinalsHey everyone just wanted to fill you in on what I’ve been up to these last couple of weeks. My 3 week stretch of competitions started at the Burton Am Series event at Winter Park in Colorado. There I made finals in Slopestyle, which was an accomplishment because there were a lot of good riders, and in Halfpipe I finished 2nd and won Best Trick.

mk_taSo I woke up early in the morning in Silverthorne for the rev tour slope at copper. I think the mixture of it being 730 AM, the freezing cold, and the fact that I was upset I didn't do weather the day before, made it seem as though it wasn't a contest day. Regardless I was excited to be surrounded by all of my friends at the top of the slope.

pbjphotoHey everybody :)  I just wanted to check in with you all and let you know what I've been doing.

Girl Powder picked me up last month. I spent a week with the GP team, here in Tahoe, helping them model some of their clothing and was honored to star in one of their videos. It turned out to be a great week and it was so cool getting to know everyone.

Sierra-at-Tahoe was making a short video on some of their park features in Bashful and they wanted to throw a girl in the mix, so I got to shred with a bunch of older dudes that day! lol. I had so much fun! I pulled my first spin of the year that day and nailed it!

brichta_videoHey everyone, Paul Brichta here checking in and giving you an update of what’s been going on.

In December I finally finished my first semester of college at the University of Minnesota. I am planning on a degree in physics and I had a 3.25 GPA my first term! After finishing school I immediately left for Colorado, my home for this winter, and started to practice in Copper’s 22 ft halfpipe. After riding there for a few days I had to pack my bags again and left for Mammoth Mountain in California for the US Snowboarding Grand Prix.

carloadHello everyone! Long time no talk. I’ve been quite busy these days. Since the Olympic year has started it has been a hectic one for everyone. I started off the season with some early season halfpipe training at Copper in the new 22ft pipe. This pipe was amazing and really allowed everyone to take their riding to new levels. I learned some new tricks and got my run dialed in time for the Copper Mtn. Grand Prix. I was very happy with my riding in the contest and landed both my runs in the qualifiers.

Hi everyone, I just arrived from my home in Cali to Copper mt. It's sooo nice to see snow for once. I've been training hard this summer in the gym and on the skateboard to stay in shape for the winter. Now I'm here in the Rockies gettin some great, on snow training before the telluride world cup. It's also awesome to see all of the PacSun Team freestylers shredding and the alpine riders making their marks in the snow! I'm looking forward to having an epic season and I want to thank everyone at PacSun and USASA for making it happen! I'll see you all soon. Peace out.
