In the USASA rule book it says, "Bibs must be worn correctly and visibly at all times on the competition site, the inspection, and the official training" but does this mean that we have to wear our bibs the whole time we're riding at Copper Mt. from Apr.2-Apr.8., even during the days that we don't have to compete in an event? (In other words, during our days off at nationals, even if we are not on a trail that has a competition going on, will we still need to wear our bibs?)

No, that is not what the rulebook is trying to say. HOWEVER, Copper Mountain will likely require that you have your bib on you (belt loop, wearing, etc), in order to validate your "competitor" credential for getting on the lift. Make sense?
