This season has gone by so fast, I can't believe that its spring already! This past year we started off with a trip to Argentina. Between the 30 hours of traveling, ghetto airplanes and crazy car rides in Buenos Aires, it turned out to be well worth it. The first week we were there it snowed 9 ft in three days. Some of the most epic powder riding I have ever been in. We got the local treatment by Travis and the guys at South American Snow Sessions, showing us all the secret stashes.
Tyler Anderson is going into his second year as a PacSun/USASA Team member. Hailing from Chanhassen,
Minnesota Tyler has had some rad experiences, from shredding in Hood at
High Cascade to the streets of New York for the RedBull Snowscrapers
So, Tell me about your first hit second run yesterday. Miah requested this question.
Well, I dropped in with way more speed than I needed, no speed checks, and did the most terrifying 900 of my life. It was definitely bigger than I have ever gone and landed in the flats. I was pretty sure I blew both knees for a minute. I got a small second hit then got it back together for the rest of the run. It was pretty much over as far as points go though.
The 20th Annual USASA National Championships is complete, what a week! The weather held up great for the whole week and the competition and overall vibe of the event was amazing.
