The 2019 USASA National Championships are in full swing with Tuesday's competition marking the midway point. Nearly 70 gold medals have been given away, here are just a few of those gold medal moments from yesterday's competition.
- 13-year-old Veda Hallen of the South Tahoe series pulled off one of the most impressive feats see so far at the 2019 USASA National Championships on Tuesday, winning the Breaker girls silver medal in slopestyle competition to add to her halfpipe bronze and rail jam gold from Monday, completing the full set of Nationals hardware in just two days of competition.
- Upper Midwest Snow Series halfpipe star, Luke Allen, nabbed gold in the 22ft Columbia Superpipe Tuesday.
- Ollie Martin of the Rocky Mountain Series took home gold in the Menehuene division of the Donek Snowboards' Snowboardcross. Southern Vermont Series' riders Caleb Kampf and Baker Katko rounded out the podium in second and third.
- The Woodward Slopestyle course was in prime condition for Junior Woman Rori Alvarez to showcase her best tricks to win gold for the Grand Canyon Series.
